Privacy Policy
The short version
This is a simple marketing website. It has no accounts and no logins. We collect as little as possible: essentially, whatever you choose to send us when you get in touch.
What we collect
- Messages you send us. If you email the studio, we receive your message and your email address. We keep it to reply, to follow up, and to keep a record of our correspondence.
- Basic technical logs. Our website host may keep standard server logs — things like IP address, browser type, and the time of a request — to run and secure the site. We don't use these to build profiles of visitors.
The site does not set advertising or tracking cookies, and we don't run third-party ad or analytics trackers on it.
How we use it
We use the information you send only to respond to you and to operate and protect the website. We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers that help us run the site and our email (for example, our hosting and email providers), and only as needed for them to provide those services. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep correspondence for as long as it's useful to answer you and maintain our records, and no longer than we reasonably need. You can ask us to delete your messages at any time.
Your choices
You can email us to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Reach us at contact@runawaystudiosinc.com.
Children
This website isn't directed to children, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the date above and, where it matters, note the change on the site.
